- bedroom with double bed plus wardrobe, second air conditioner
- bathroom (with French doors) with large shower, towel warmer and washing machine
- additional bedroom with 1 bunk bed.
There are 2 uncovered areas for the exclusive use of the apartment, one in front of the entrance to the property equipped with table and chairs in the shade of the pergola and one adjacent for the storage of bathing equipment and for bicycle parking (2 bicycles are present and available).
The apartment can also be used during the winter season due to the presence of two heat pumps.
The property was completely renovated and furnished at the end of November 2024
A covered parking space is also available on request at the additional price of € 5 per day.
