1 - Comply with the laws and regulations in force, with particular reference to those of the Municipal Police. Silence must be respected in the time slot between 14.00 and 16.00 and between 23.00 and 8.00. Parents (or those who legally exercise parental authority) are jointly responsible for the acts carried out by their minor children within the structure and are required to supervise them and ensure that they maintain polite and respectful behavior towards others, under their direct responsibility. In particular, with regard to the obligation to respect silence, the correct use of the services and equipment made available by the structure to its Guests and in general in the apartment and within the entire structure, it is good manners to respect the rules of good civil living.
2 - Given the legal obligations incumbent on the owner of the Holiday Home, the stay is reserved exclusively for the persons indicated in the reservation. For registration purposes, a few days before arrival, Guests will be asked to fill out a form with their identification data. Access is forbidden to other people than those registered.
3 - Except for your special needs and where possible, check-in will take place from 15:00 onwards; as we do not have a concierge service, please inform us of your arrival time (including any delays) at the email or telephone number we will provide you with when booking. Upon arrival, you must provide one of our representatives with a valid identity document (identity card, passport or driver's license) required by current legislation which will be promptly returned to you. In the case of self check-in, the identification and registration procedure will take place electronically. Your data will be processed in accordance with current privacy legislation. The data that is in our possession are exclusively those voluntarily transmitted by users through forms, emails, faxes or telephone calls for the request of the services offered in our apartments. Their use is reserved exclusively for the relative request for availability/reservation, they will not be transferred to third parties and you can request their cancellation at any time by contacting us.
4 - Smoking is prohibited in the house.
5 - Guests will exempt the owner of the Holiday Home from any responsibility for theft or damage to goods or objects of your property left in the house in an unattended manner. Please always close doors, grilles and windows. The Property is not responsible for the theft or damage of goods or objects of your property left unattended inside the structure or in the garage nor is it responsible for any damage suffered by cars, motorcycles or bicycles present in the parking lot.
6 - At the time of booking or check-in, the owner may require the payment of a security deposit to guarantee any damage. The amount of the security deposit is at the discretion of the owner and will be advised at the time of booking. If the amount of the damage exceeds the security deposit paid, the customer must proceed with the full reimbursement of the damages that will be ascertained in an adversarial manner at the time of leaving the structure.
7 - At the time of departure, the Manager of the structure and his Guests may inspect the property in order to assess any damage, both to the property and to the furnishings; damages, if any, must be immediately compensated; In the case of self check-out, the owner will have the right to act for the refreshment of the same even later, within 14 days of check-out or before the next guest checks in, whichever occurs first.
8 - Particular attention must be paid to the house keys; Their loss will result in the replacement of the lock on the front door and therefore a penalty of € 150.00 will be applied, an amount that will be deducted from the security deposit.
9 - On the day of check-out, the property must be returned at 11.00 a.m. in order to proceed with the cleaning of the apartment, except for special agreements made at the time of check-in with the Manager of the structure. In the event of late return of the property, guests will be charged a penalty equal to an additional day of stay, at the same rate agreed.
10 - In order to reduce environmental impacts and respect the natural habitat, Guests will undertake not to waste water unnecessarily and to make appropriate and prudent use of electricity.
11 - The house will be delivered clean, tidy and in good condition. Guests must maintain it carefully, carefully placing the garbage in the appropriate containers, following the instructions for separate collection. It is recommended not to throw objects that can clog the pipes into the toilet or sinks. At check-out, the kitchen must always be left in perfect order. The cleaning and rearrangement of the kitchenette are always the responsibility of the customer. In general, the Customer is required to take the utmost care of the house, furnishings and all domestic supplies and equipment supplied and inventoried. In case of non-compliance with the rules, the amount of the security deposit will not be refunded.
12 - These regulations are published on our website and are displayed inside the apartments. The ascertained failure by guests to comply with one of the points contained therein during their stay may result in the immediate interruption of their stay in the Holiday Home.
